With nearly a decade of experience, I’ve won many prestigious awards for performance in the residential sales market and have strong ties to the area real estate community. But no one can rest on their laurels. I diligently keep abreast of the latest marketing strategies and trends through my own network and by attending professional conferences year round.

Before entering real estate, I worked for Winchester Gardens assisting individuals transitioning from independent living to retirement community life. I’m a current member of the New Jersey Association of Realtors and a lifelong resident of Essex County including South Orange, Maplewood and Short Hills.

Michael Miggins

Mike brings over 20 years of sales experience in the area, which means he has seen multiple sales cycles over the years. Add to this a lifetime of living in the area and Mike has a unique ability to understand the current market and to match a client’s wants and needs to available inventory. Mike’s previous experience as the owner of a general contracting company also gives him the ability to help clients evaluate the invisible costs in a property – not just how it looks now, but what might need to be upgraded or fixed over the next two, five or ten years. Michelle Foster began her Real Estate career in 2000 working in Commercial Real Estate, earning her license while specializing in Property Management and Investment Offerings. Michelle transitioned to the residential market in 2005 in order to spend more time home with her children. As Customer Care Coordinator for the Miggins Group, Michelle enjoys working with clients to find fresh solutions to their needs from the first meeting to all the way through to closing. Customer service is often a lost art; Michelle is working hard to revitalize it and to make your experience with the Miggins Group enjoyable and productive.

Caroline Burd

Listing Specialist Coordinator

A long-time resident of the area, Caroline Burd lives in Summit with her husband and three children. She became a licensed realtor in 2004 and has worked with The Miggins Group since 2007 after working at Burgdorff Realty. Her chief responsibility is to manage the complex listing process, making sure that every listing is posted to a multitude of marketing channels and that every step of the listing process goes smoothly. If you are selling your home, Caroline is a valuable member of your team!

Lenore Miggins

Closing Specialist Coordinator

Lenore has worked with The Miggins Group since 2008 as a Closing Coordinator to help move transactions through the final critical stages with a minimum of hiccups. When you are nearing the finish line, Lenore helps bring it home. Prior to this, Lenore spent 25 years working as a graphic designer / desktop publisher at a printing firm.
